Key Responsibilities:
Direct Care Duties:
• Assist individuals with medically fragile needs with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support. • Monitor and report changes in the individuals’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff. • Perform basic nursing skills such as taking vital signs, measuring intake/output, and assisting with transfers or ambulation. • Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals. Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required. • Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification. • Valid Medication Technician certification & license (as required by state regulations). ***MALPRACTICE INSURANCE***
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain). • Minimum 6 months experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Skills & Competencies:
