You will be responsible for driving an excellent financial, management accounting, and statutory compliance service for the areas of the business you have ownership of. Provide centralized reporting and communications for key partners/customers. - Monitor/Process monthly postings by financial accounting team to ensure accuracy and proper support. - Identify areas for Global Process Improvement and Simplification. - Implement Data Controls and Governance including Customer and Product Hierarchy. - Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations, including Accrued Revenue, Deferred Revenue, and Provision related accounts. - Ensure all compliance related activities are completed within statutory due dates. - Collaborate with pooled resources/centralized process teams such as TCS, COE, and Regional Controllership. - Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to ensure SOX controls and audit queries are addressed within the agreed timeline. **Qualifications:**
3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant areas. - Strong accounting background and knowledge of accounting regulations and standards. - Understanding of the latest developments in IAS/IFRS. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
