Work at Maersk HQ in Copenhagen with global exposure and cross-functional collaboration Contribute directly to shaping and embedding a global operational excellence framework Engage with senior stakeholders and influence strategic transformation initiatives Develop leadership and operational excellence capabilities in a high-impact global role Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the Maersk Way Operating Model for MCL in close collaboration with the global Maersk Way team Establish and govern standards for Operational Excellence across MCL, ensuring consistency and alignment Define and track key metrics to measure adoption, maturity, consistency, and performance impact Drive the embedding of The Maersk Way across functions, regions, and organizational levels Ensure leadership accountability and visibility for adherence to The Maersk Way principles Enable frontline adoption through capability-building initiatives and structured learning approaches Lead and coach a team, fostering strong ways of working, development, and performance outcomes What We Are Looking For Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset - curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time. Strong experience in operational excellence, transformation, or operating model design in a global organization Proven ability to drive cultural and behavioral change across multiple functions and geographies Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing leadership decision-making Solid understanding of performance management frameworks, governance models, and continuous improvement methodologies Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, developing teams, and fostering engagement If you are motivated by creating lasting impact through people, processes, and performance, we look forward to hearing from you.
