1.Sales Business Analysis - Regularly conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, including but not limited to sales volume analysis, regional performance difference analysis, active store and assortment analysis, etc. - Explore the business problems and growth opportunities behind sales data, output analysis reports in combination with business needs, put forward targeted optimization suggestions with actionable plans, to support management's decision-making. - In time and in process achievement of sales targets, monitor key performance indicators (KPI), timely warn of abnormal situations, promote business departments to adjust strategies, and help achieve sales targets. 2. Data Report Construction and Maintenance - Responsible for constructing, optimizing, and maintaining daily sales data reports. Proficient in using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as data and database tools like Excel, Power Query, and SQL. Possesses a digital and process-oriented mindset, adept at leveraging tools to enhance the efficiency of daily report production, constructing analytical dashboards, and improving the speed and depth of data analysis. - Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of report data, meet the data query and monitoring needs of the sales team and management, and realize the visualization and automatic presentation of sales data. 3.Rebate and Bonus Calculation - Lead subordinates to carry out daily work, connect with sales policies, sort out rebate and bonus calculation rules, establish standardized calculation processes, and accurately complete the rebate and bonus calculation for each region, each store and each salesperson. - Verify the calculated data, handle abnormal problems in the calculation process, form a calculation report, ensure the timely and accurate issuance of rebates and bonuses, and support the implementation of sales incentive policies. 4. Other Work - Liaise with business departments to understand data needs, optimize data service processes, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of data support. - Follow up the function updates of data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau), introduce new analysis methods, and enhance the team's data analysis capabilities.
