Weighing Operations & Accuracy
Operate weighbridge software to record Gross, Tare, and Net weights for all transport vehicles. - Implement a Calibration Protocol for all scales to mitigate financial loss through inaccurate weighing, tallying errors, or intentional fraud. - Follow strict protocols for vehicle positioning and driver conduct during the weighing process. - Lead the monitoring of SOPs across sourcing and logistics to ensure zero-gap compliance. Documentation & Financial Control
Ensure Volume Purchased in the field reconciles exactly with Volume Received at the factory gate. - Design and maintain controls for collection logs to ensure data integrity between the field and the hub. - Issue official weighbridge tickets and verify they match delivery notes and farmer payment records. - Identify and report non-conformances; work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions regarding inventory shrinkage. Safety & Governance
Manage vehicle flow to prevent congestion and ensure all drivers adhere to site PPE requirements. - Ensure the OSHA governance of non-staff personnel on-site, ensuring mandatory safety inductions and PPE compliance. - Perform quick audits of the sanitary condition of transport fleets to prevent cross-contamination or pest infestation. - Verify that incoming vehicles meet the required cleanliness standards before allowing them onto the weighbridge. ### Career Growth and Development
