Client Coordinator/ Project Coordinator

As a Client Coordinator at Wolves Creata, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clear communication between clients and internal Graphic teams, ensuring alignment of expectations and timely delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the main liaison between clients and internal Graphic teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment of expectations. - Coordinating between internal departments to ensure that client requirements are effectively met. - Scheduling and managing client meetings, calls, and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships. - Preparing and sharing project timelines, documentation, and progress reports to keep clients informed. - Maintaining accurate records of client communications, files, and interactions for reference and future use. - Generating new leads for client approach to expand business opportunities. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Creative industry knowledge, particularly in surfaces, interiors, and design. - Proven experience in client coordination, event planning, or similar roles. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent team work and solution-oriented approach with strong time management skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
