Strong experience in IT/Technology recruitment (product, services, or GCC hiring preferred). - Hands-on expertise in sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. - Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Development, Data, Cloud, AIML, etc. - Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics. - 48 years of experience in technology hiring. - B.Tech or MBA (HR) preferred. - Experience hiring for niche or leadership tech roles is a plus. - Exposure to remote/global hiring environments is desirable.
