Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions using industry-leading bot builder platforms. - Utilize the Yellow.AI cloud bot builder platform for automating customer interactions effectively. - Create and implement voice bots that leverage generative AI technologies to render humanoid interaction through speech recognition and natural language understanding. Focus on minimizing latency to ensure real-time interactions. - Develop email bots that utilize generative AI for automated content generation, dynamic email creation, and personalized communication. Ensure these bots can analyze customer data for effective segmentation and targeted messaging. - Implement API integrations to connect bots with external systems (e.g., CRM, payment gateways) and internal database/systems for enhanced functionality. This includes making single or multiple API calls to retrieve or send data as required by the bot's journey. - Demonstrate expertise in writing modular and reusable functions that facilitate complex workflows within bot journeys. This includes developing asynchronous functions to manage multiple API requests efficiently, ensuring that data retrieval is seamless and timely. Design functions that handle error management gracefully, providing fallback mechanisms to maintain user experience even in the event of external service failures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Analyze bot performance using analytics tools to optimize engagement strategies and drive business outcomes. - Develop conversational bots that automate routine queries for insurance agents, facilitating personalized query resolution experiences. - Leverage advanced NLP techniques and OpenAI APIs (including GPT-4) to create intelligent conversational flows. Qualification Required:
Minimum 5-8 years of overall experience in Conversational AI Bot development. - Strong foundation in generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), GPT applications, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). - Proficiency in creating voice bots, chatbots, and email bots across various platforms. - Experience in API integrations and connecting bots with external systems. - Knowledge of the latest trends in Generative AI, LLM, machine learning, and NLP technologies.
