As a HR Shared Service Specialist Associate at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service in response to incoming HR inquiries primarily from employees, managers, and other members of the HR Team. Your main focus will be to provide live (call/chat) and ticketing support to the employees. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming HR inquiries through the call center, web portal chat, and web portal employee case submissions. - Search the HR web portal and knowledge base system for relevant information to provide answers to incoming inquiries. - Manage multiple complex issues/tickets and prioritize concurrently. - Deliver live support through chat and phone, ensuring high employee satisfaction. - Review and process HR service requests and transactions related to HR specialties with accuracy and adherence to procedures. - Uphold exceptional KPI standards and internal quality. - Assist customers with any problems encountered while using HR self-service tools for employee transactions. - Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of employees on HR issues via the ticketing system. - Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor, upholding high standards of behavior and communication. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support other team members. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. - Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required:
2-4 years of Shared service experience in a HR shared service environment, or a college degree with a preferred major in Human Resources, Communications, or Business. - Ability to remain focused, professional, tactful, and discrete when handling sensitive and/or confidential information. - Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in managing stakeholders and engaging with employees in a multi-national and diverse HR Shared Service setup. - Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, BSwift, Darwin, etc. - Strong communication skills. - Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2+ years of Human Resources work experience, or High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of Human Resources work experience.
