Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and associate payments
Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts with accuracy and timeliness
Act as the first point of contact for external financial queries
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and other statutory requirements
Collaborate with outsourced finance providers and professional advisors
Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with HR teams
Leverage financial tools (e.g., Xero ecosystem) to generate actionable insights
Support the Finance Director with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, statutory reporting requirements, ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, as well as automation and process improvement initiatives
**Required Qualifications:**
ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant hands-on experience
Strong proficiency in Xero, Dext, Excel, and Fathom
Demonstrated experience in a similar finance role, ideally in a multi-entity environment
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently
Integrity, emotional intelligence, and a calm, professional approach
**Preferred Skills:**
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site businesses
Exposure to financial systems automation and process optimization
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills

In this role, you will be working Monday to Friday from 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST (9:00 AM GMT to 6:00 PM GMT). The yearly salary range offered is between 22 LPA to 28 LPA.
