Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets by focusing on customer base expansion and sales activities across various sectors such as research institutes, academia, laboratories, hospitals, and more. - Show leadership in front line selling to differentiate QIAGEN's offerings, create value for customers, and maximize revenues. - Drive business planning, forecasting, and achievement of objectives while maintaining a keen focus on customer needs and satisfaction. - Develop new business opportunities, increase strategic partnerships, and organize workshops, seminars, and exhibitions to drive growth. - Utilize SFDC for productivity and effective communication across business units to ensure seamless operations. - Work with highest integrity, commitment, and passion while following QIAGEN's culture and values at all times. - Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to work and QIAGEN to uphold the organization's position. Qualifications Required:
Experience in customer management, portfolio growth management, and work flow optimization. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer management skills. - Willingness to travel for more than 70% of the time. - Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills in both local language and English. - Self-motivated, quick learner, and team player with the ability to work independently.
