Rehab Technician

We are an expanding real estate company looking to add a rehab technician to our team

Your main responsibility will be the rehabbing houses and turning them over after residents have moved out getting them into rent ready condition as part of a team. You may also be asked to do work orders and maintenance for houses with residents living in them at times. This is a full time $22 - $25 an hour position. Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in manual labor. -Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures

-A valid driver’s license, and basic tools. -Pass a background and criminal check.
