As a Corporate Communication and Branding Manager, you will play a crucial role in building, managing, and enhancing the company's brand identity and communication strategy across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing integrated corporate communication and branding strategies that are in line with the business objectives. - Managing the website upgrade process and ensuring timely updates in collaboration with project teams to showcase ongoing and completed projects, achievements, and corporate milestones. - Implementing corporate branding initiatives, content creation, public relations activities, website and social media management, and digital marketing strategies. - Coordinating with top management, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to maintain consistent messaging and brand positioning. - Being adaptable to handle additional corporate communication requirements for various occasions such as Diwali, Holi, New Year, and other events as per management directives. - Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and communication standards on all platforms. - Utilizing design and marketing tools like CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar platforms effectively. Qualifications required for this role include:
Mandatory experience in EPC industry (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), infrastructure, power, oil & gas, industrial projects, or similar project-driven environments. - Strong understanding of EPC business models, project lifecycles, tenders, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication. - Experience in managing communication for large-scale projects, including project branding, site communication, and client-facing materials. - Hands-on knowledge of design and marketing tools such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant platforms. - Experience in collaborating with PR agencies, digital partners, and media is preferred. - Ability to effectively translate technical/project-related information into clear and impactful communication for both internal and external audiences.
