Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize marketing processes and systems, including tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. - Design, implement, develop, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers. - Execute and support consumer database management and consumer audience segmentation, setting audience rules for marketing automated workflows. - Troubleshoot data-related issues in CRM platforms, test and orchestrate data integrations from various external data sources & e-commerce. - Lead database management and maintenance, ensuring high standards for data integrity and quality are met. - Support the deployment of consumer audience segmentation logic and the setting of audience selection rules for all marketing automated workflows. - Act as the SPOC for Tech platform management & UAT, ensuring system stability and functionality, together with IDT support. - Work effectively with cross-functional teams on data and integration projects, supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical deployment and data projects. - Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, and adapt existing methods and procedures as needed. Qualifications Required:
University degree, preferably major in Marketing or digital agency background. - 4+ years of experience in a CRM, data management, or marketing-related role. - Experience in executing and supporting consumer database management and consumer audience segmentation. - Working understanding of CRM platforms & their role in consumer communication. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, clean and interpret customer data. - Good communicator in English, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, PowerPoint, and Word. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and/or analytics dashboards. - Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools. - Accountability and reliability in task execution.
