In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key customers to drive sustainable sales growth. Your main focus will be on driving value-based consultative engagements that align with customer needs and sales plans. You will need to ensure cross-functional alignment to support customer sales and decision-making processes, participate in sales pursuit strategy planning, execute product demos, assist in proposal creation, support customer negotiations, and convert orders with forecast accuracy. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning for business growth, including long-term engagement with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
Strong background in industrial automation with 10-15 years of experience in automation selling
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing key customer accounts
BE Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent qualification; MBA or equivalent preferred
Customer relationship management skills
Experience with automation technology (DCS, PLC, SCADA, IoT, etc.)
Industry domain knowledge in sectors like Oil & Gas, Renewables, Power, Chemicals, etc. - Strategic planning and consultative selling experience
