Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue. 2. Identify new market opportunities and build a strong client pipeline for HR services. 3. Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. 4. Pitch and sell services across Recruitment, HR Operations, and Training & Development, including 360 Employee Survey. 5. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships. 6. Manage key client accounts and handle high-level negotiations. 7. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. 8. Track team performance, sales targets, and prepare business reports. Skills
Strong leadership & team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Strategic thinking with a sales-driven mindset
Experience in HR services / recruitment industry preferred
