Job Title Clinical Sales Training Specialist, Structural Heart Job Description Clinical Sales Training Specialist, SH As the Clinical Sales Training Specialist for Structural Heart (SH), you will be responsible for developing all Clinical Sales Training programs and delivering sales training material to the field sales force. This will include product and procedural knowledge, competitive product analysis and differentiation, sales force effectiveness for sales processes, continuing training and development of tenured sales personnel, and onboarding of new personnel. Your role: Design and lead comprehensive, objective-driven clinical sales training programs that include overall strategy, processes, and supporting collateral. Oversee both in-house and field-based training delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistent execution across the organization. Develop and manage the training curriculum and associated budget in partnership with the Sr. Manager of Clinical Sales Training, functional leadership, and Medical Education. Ensure financial discipline while maintaining high-quality program delivery and scalability. Create, implement, and continuously refine sales training tools, processes, and records, incorporating industry best practices from the coronary, endovascular, and imaging spaces. Maintain up-to-date, effective training infrastructure that supports evolving commercial needs. Evaluate training program effectiveness across performance, budget, and process metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Use data-driven analysis to enhance program impact, optimize delivery methods, and ensure measurable outcomes for the sales organization. Lead end-to-end training for new product launches, including strategy development, agenda setting, workshop design, and content delivery via both in-person and remote formats. Facilitate training sessions and collaborate closely with Marketing to align sales strategies with product success in the market. Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous capability building, including vendor management, LMS-enabled remote learning, and adult learning–based curriculum design. Support broader organizational training needs (e.g., Marketing, Clinical, Corporate), develop gap assessment tools, and ensure all programs meet legal and regulatory compliance requirements. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 5+ years' experience in medical education, clinical or in a sales position. Your skills include deep expertise in echocardiography and/or structural heart imaging, including intracardiac echocardiography (ICE), 3D imaging, and procedural guidance. Experience supporting structural heart procedures such as LAAO, TTVR, TEER, and electrophysiology interventions such as AF ablation and left atrial appendage workflows. Proven experience developing sales/commercial education training programs and clinical marketing assets. You have a Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred in a clinical, marketing, scientific, business, or related field. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), or equivalent echocardiography credential, required. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY, AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $102,000 to $162,000 The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $107,000 to $170,000 The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $114,000 to $182,000 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
