In this exciting, entry-level position, you'll optimize inventory deployment across Europe, Mexico, and APAC, ensuring products are available in the right place, at the right time, and at the best possible cost while delivering outstanding customer service through strong OTIF performance. You'll tackle supply chain challenges, identify and mitigate risks, and drive both short- and long-term improvements that make a real business impact. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your analytical expertise, strengthen your skills in Excel, Power Query, and SAP, collaborate with international stakeholders, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ideas and initiative can truly make a difference. What will you be doing: Take ownership of inventory deployment activities, ensuring products are available in the right location, at the right time, and at the optimal cost to support global export markets. Collaborate closely with Export, Inventory, Transport Planning, and Logistics teams to maintain stock visibility, manage open orders, and proactively prevent supply disruptions. Analyze inventory performance, identify risks such as aging stock or potential shortages, and drive timely solutions to protect customer service levels. Create and manage stock transfer requirements while coordinating with operational teams to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting logistics excellence programs, KPI tracking, SLA performance, risk management, and process optimization projects. Act as a trusted team partner by helping resolve operational challenges, sharing knowledge, onboarding new colleagues, and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team environment. What you will bring: Fluent English (Spanish/Portuguese is a big advantage) 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehousing, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and the confidence to drive actions across teams. High attention to detail, a customer-focused approach, and a results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word; experience with SAP is preferred, while Power Query and Power BI skills are a strong advantage.
