To accelerate our customer acquisition and market penetration, we are seeking a systematic, highly motivated, and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive. This role offers a clear path toward team leadership; as you drive initial business growth, you will be empowered to recruit and build out your own sales team in alignment with budgeted growth targets. You will be fully supported by an experienced, dedicated Inside Sales team as well as inbound digital marketing initiatives. ### Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Business Leadership: Lead the end-to-end business development and customer acquisition strategy for the company, reporting directly to executive management. - Full Sales Cycle Management: Drive lead qualification, conduct system scoping/discovery, deliver pitches, and manage the complete sales cycle up to successful order closure. - Market Expansion: Focus heavily on increasing the company's footprint across selected high-yield industry verticals and geographies (specifically Maharashtra and Gujarat). - Target Achievement: Own and successfully deliver against defined corporate business revenue and acquisition targets. - Team Development & Mentorship: Nurture, guide, and collaborate with the existing inside sales team to improve lead qualification metrics. - Build, hire, and mentor high-performing sales talent as the business scales in accordance with expansion budgets. ###
Core Technical Experience: A minimum of 5 years of active business development (sales) experience specifically in SAP Business One (SAP B1) or comparable global ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, SAGE, or B2B SaaS solutions). - Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree, with formal education/specialization in Sales and Marketing strongly preferred. - Language Proficiency: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi are essential to navigate client relations in target territories. - Professional Communication: Excellent corporate email writing and presentation skills. - Technical Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for creating proposals, complex pricing models, and client decks. - Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and business problem-solving abilities.
