As a Delivery Head at Cortex Consultants, your primary responsibility will be to lead, guide, and manage a recruitment team of 30+ members, which includes Managers, leads, and recruiters. You will be tasked with tracking and driving productivity, quality of submissions, interview ratios, offers, and joiners. Additionally, you will need to allocate resources effectively across multiple accounts and hiring demands and support in closing niche skills, senior-level, and critical hiring requirements. Conducting performance reviews, training, and capability enhancement initiatives will also be part of your role. Your role will also involve acting as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. You will need to understand hiring plans, capability needs, and project timelines, and conduct regular review calls and feedback sessions. It will be your responsibility to ensure that recruitment delivery aligns with SLAs, TAT, compliance, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
1218 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Acquisition
Proven experience managing large delivery teams (minimum 2050 members)
Experience in Contract Staffing (C2H) and Full-Time hiring
Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of IT domains such as Development, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, ERP etc
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and reporting dashboards
