As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and implementing agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks. - Architecting and building robust and scalable backend systems. - Integrating and managing interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces. - Utilizing and optimizing vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents. - Developing and implementing sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI. - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers. - Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices. - Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies. - Contributing to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform. - Deploying solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications required for this role:
~7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems. - Proven expertise in Python. - Hands-on experience with Lang chain. - Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI. - Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate). - Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems. - Proficient with Git for version control. - Comfortable working in a Linux environment. - Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments. - Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Planning & Execution. - Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills. - Proficient in MS Office suite.
