Guide customers and prospects in the selection and deployment of Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions
Take joint ownership with the sales team in developing customer relationships and providing leadership in security architecture
Influence the customer's technical strategy with strong problem-solving skills
Be the trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs, risks, tolerance, and technology gaps
Understand the emerging ecosystem of cybersecurity partners
Encourage and empower partners and channels to propose, position, and convince customers with Trend Micro products and solutions
Apply problem-solving skills to design solutions that solve customer problems
Deliver training to customers and prospects about Trend Micro solutions
Contribute to departmental best practices, strategies, methodologies, and documentation for increased efficiencies
Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge
**Qualifications Required:**
Rich experience in delivering high-quality presales support and solutions
Strong understanding and knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics capabilities, cloud architecture understanding, cloud-native application security, SASE, CASB, zero-trust model
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, AWS services
Exposure to security software solutions such as firewall, content security, intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage, data protection, and monitoring security
Good written and spoken communication skills in English
Strong interest in all aspects of cybersecurity and a passion for customer security
Excellent understanding of public cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
