In this Sr. Manager role, you will lead a team of Project Managers supporting Distribution & Fulfillment (D&F) projects, to ensure our client’s vision is brought to life. Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers in their day-to-day operations. - Provide guidance to Project Managers as they prepare for monthly financial reviews. - Strategically plan and document processes and ensure that teams adhere to them. - Collaborate with Project Managers to understand hiring needs, aiding in the hiring process, and allocating projects to Project Managers based on their skills and experience. - Execute the vision of the department by analyzing project survey feedback and utilizing results to lead the team. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, a PMP is a plus! - Experience within Distribution & Fulfillment (D&F) projects
You have 4-7 years of Project Management experience in a related field. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to provide direction and feedback to your team. - You efficiently manage your time, maintaining an elevated level of organization across your work. - You can effectively navigate Project Management software. - You are adept at planning and managing a budget, utilizing your strategic insight to solve problems as they arise.
