Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom solutions tailored to client workflows. - Collaborate with product managers, delivery leads, and stakeholders to define and deliver user-friendly solutions. - Lead the development effort using React & Python and ensure seamless integration with platform services. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team. Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. - Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS. - Solid experience with Python, including API design, data handling, and integration with modern frameworks. - Strong design instincts and a user-first mindset. - Ability to take features from concept to deployment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Keen interest in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven solutions.
