Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. - Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles. - Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar. - Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation. - Exposure to Power BI report testing. - Familiarity with agile environments and tools. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality work. - Innovative thinking and willingness to adopt new tools and practices.
