As the department operator, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and scheduling projects and business events. This includes researching options, identifying resources, and managing costs efficiently. You will also handle administrative tasks such as calendar management for the leadership team, coordinating appointments, and maintaining meeting schedules. Additionally, you will provide business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 2 years experience in field, administration, operations, or related area
2 years experience with Microsoft Office You will also be expected to follow the law, the company's code of conduct, and policies while encouraging others to do the same. Travel may be required for this position, including international travel to various facilities or work sites with extended overnight stays. Prior experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
