In the role of Assistant Manager - F&E at Meesho's Fulfilment and Experience team, you will have the opportunity to shape the experience of the country's next billion e-Commerce users. Qualifications Required:
B.Tech from a premium undergraduate college
2-4 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce/quick commerce, or D2C companies, preferably from startups
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong growth track record
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and organizational ability
Experience working in control tower teams in the e-commerce/logistics industry is preferred

Participate in building the overall strategy for program expansion and make key decisions for rapid scaleup
Monitor logistics control tower metrics to improve fulfilment metrics
Collaborate with planning and bizfin teams to enhance performance through allocation changes
Provide insights to operations teams for intervention areas to drive operational efficiency
Engage Meesho Leadership as stakeholders during business updates and review meetings
Utilize strong generalist problem-solving skills and explore mobility across different business verticals within the organization
