Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement Salesforce testing strategy covering functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing to ensure quality across declarative and programmatic Salesforce components. - Act as a quality advisor for Salesforce implementations, releases, and enhancements. - Analyze business requirements, user stories, and Salesforce configurations to design, document, and execute test scenarios and test cases for various Salesforce components. - Perform end-to-end business process testing across Salesforce and integrated systems. - Develop and maintain Salesforce test automation for UI and API, automate testing for Lightning UI, Salesforce APIs, data-driven scenarios, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. - Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems, perform data migration testing, data reconciliation, and reporting validation, and validate Salesforce security model. - Log, track, and manage defects through resolution, perform defect root cause analysis, and support Salesforce release management and post-deployment validation. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior QA team members on Salesforce testing best practices. Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce CRM applications with a deep understanding of Salesforce data model, Governor limits, declarative automation vs. Apex logic, and experience testing Lightning Experience. - Experience with Salesforce test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Provar, API automation using tools like Postman or RestAssured, and familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools. - Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models, knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and sandbox strategy, and familiarity with Salesforce security and compliance concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, ability to independently own quality for Salesforce releases, and leadership and mentoring mindset.
