As an Experienced Associate in Sourcing & Procurement, you will engage with clients to optimize their procurement processes and implement Coupa solutions. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to contribute to client projects, enhancing their operational efficiency and strategic sourcing capabilities. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, providing insights and solutions that drive value and innovation. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks. You will develop basic skills and knowledge, respond effectively to diverse perspectives, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities - Supporting client engagement and projects within the sourcing and procurement domain - Utilizing Coupa Software to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency - Engaging in complex procurement tasks, including contract negotiation and supplier evaluation - Collaborating with teams to improve procurement strategies and supplier relationship management - Conducting spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement budgets - Implementing procurement process improvements using SAP Ariba and SAP ERP systems - Managing contractual compliance and monitoring supplier performance to meet project objectives - Participating in strategic sourcing initiatives to align procurement activities with business goals - Assisting in vendor selection and supplier negotiations to achieve favorable terms and conditions - Applying financial management skills to plan, budget, and forecast procurement expenditures What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating proficiency in Coupa Software and SAP Ariba - Excelling in complex procurement and strategic sourcing - Managing supplier relationships and negotiations effectively - Utilizing procurement process improvement techniques - Conducting spend analysis and supply chain costing - Engaging in contract management and negotiation - Developing procurement strategies and demand management skills Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date August 28, 2026 Are you ready to make a difference?
