As an experienced professional in FRP manufacturing, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
Applying your expertise in FRP materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, and various resins (polyester, epoxy, etc.)
Executing molding techniques including hand lay-up, spray-up, and compression molding for manufacturing FRP products
Interpreting and designing molds for planters in various shapes and sizes
Overseeing quality control processes to ensure product strength, durability, and consistency
Managing the full FRP manufacturing cycle from raw material preparation to final finishing
Performing hand lay-up and spray-up operations, ensuring correct fiber orientation and proper resin distribution
Handling mold maintenance, demolding techniques, and mold care to prevent defects or damage
Conducting post-production finishing, including sanding, painting, and polishing for visual and functional excellence
Collaborating with design and production teams to meet product specifications and client requirements
Maintaining compliance with safety standards and production guidelines
Your key skills and qualifications should include:
Deep knowledge of composite materials and their applications
Proficiency in hand lay-up, spray-up, and compression molding techniques
Ability to interpret technical drawings and contribute to mold design and manufacturing
Experience in implementing quality assurance practices in FRP production
Skills in sanding, polishing, and final product detailing
