Join us to shape the next frontier of AI-driven robotics!
Dyna Robotics makes general-purpose robots powered by a proprietary embodied AI foundation model that generalizes and self-improves across varied environments with commercial-grade performance. Dyna's robots have been deployed at customers across multiple industries. Our frontier model has the top generalization and performance in the industry. The Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to define and own the entire product function. This is a true 0→1 leadership role for a strategic builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for setting product strategy across customer-facing robot experiences, defining what we build and why, and establishing the foundations for how product operates at Dyna while staying close to execution in the early days. You will act as a key partner to the founders and technical leads, ensuring we are building the right systems, shipping reliably, and learning quickly from real-world deployments. What You Will Do
Own the Product Roadmap: Drive the end-to-end product roadmap across external products, internal systems, and hardware-facing decisions. You will define product quality across every surface, from robot UX to internal data and tooling workflows. - External Products: Own customer-facing robot software, operator interfaces, and deployment tooling. Define requirements and success metrics for enterprise deployments across hospitality, logistics, and retail, turning real-world usage into clear product direction. - Own the roadmap and quality bar for data labeling systems, model evaluation, ops tooling, SOP infrastructure, and task management. At Dyna, internal tools are core products. - Partner closely with mechanical and electrical engineering on product-critical decisions (e.g., grippers, sensors, reliability). You won't design hardware, but you will shape what we build and why. - Partner deeply with research and engineering to ensure we are building toward the right outcomes, not just shipping features. Translate messy, real-world customer feedback into clear product requirements and priorities. - Own the product side of the release and QA process. Build the systems that allow us to ship quickly and reliably as we scale, defining gates, standards, and tradeoffs. - Hire and lead the product team over time. Define the PM function, set the standard, and build an org that can execute at scale. Act as a thought partner to the founders on company strategy, positioning, and fundraising.
A Proven Builder: You have a track record of owning both customer-facing products and internal platforms, with a strong appreciation that internal tools are mission-critical products. - Tech-Fluent: You have strong technical intuition and are comfortable engaging with model pipelines, data systems, and evaluation frameworks to make informed tradeoffs. - Strategic & Adaptable: You can switch between high-level strategy and tactical execution. You translate real-world enterprise complexity into structured product decisions. - Autonomous Operator: You have high agency and can drive results with minimal oversight. You are comfortable building processes from scratch and operating in a founder-led environment that is highly collaborative, fast-moving, and hands-on. ## What You’ll Bring
8+ years of product management experience, including time in senior/staff-level roles at fast-moving companies. - Experience building and leading product teams, not just operating as an IC. - Proven ability to work with enterprise customers and translate real-world complexity into structured product decisions. - Strong operational discipline, with the ability to build processes that maintain velocity without sacrificing quality.
