Job Location JAKARTA GENERAL OFFICE Job Description Commercial Excellence in P&G Healthcare focuses on optimizing our go-to-market strategies and execution within the highly regulated and specialized healthcare environment, driving sustained growth by maximizing engagement with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), pharmacies, and other key stakeholders. Key Roles & Responsibilities : HCP Engagement Strategy & Optimization: Develop and refine strategies for effective engagement with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across various channels (e.g., medical detailing, digital engagement, virtual events). This includes segmenting HCPs, defining optimal call plans, and ensuring promotional content compliance and effectiveness. Sales Force Effectiveness & Enablement: Drive the productivity and capabilities of the medical sales force by designing optimal sales territories, implementing performance management frameworks, and equipping reps with advanced tools (e.g., CRM optimization, AI-driven insights for detailing, virtual selling platforms) and continuous training programs specific to healthcare product knowledge and compliant selling practices. Market Access & Channel Optimization: Analyze and optimize strategies for product listing, availability, and penetration within diverse healthcare channels (e.g., hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, government procurement). This involves understanding payer landscapes, regulatory requirements, and distributor effectiveness to ensure broad and compliant product access. Data Analytics & Performance Insights: Lead the analysis of complex healthcare data (e.g., prescription data, sales data, market share, HCP engagement metrics) to generate actionable insights on market trends, competitor activities, and sales force performance. Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards to guide strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Compliance & Ethical Commercialization: Ensure all commercial activities strictly adhere to global and local healthcare regulations, industry codes of conduct, and P&G's internal compliance policies. This includes embedding ethical practices into sales processes, training, and promotional material review, acting as a guardian of P&G's reputation in the healthcare sector. Job Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's) in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related analytical field. Industry Experience: Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry, ideally within sales, marketing, business analytics, or a prior Commercial Excellence role. At least 5 years of experience. Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated ability to perform complex data analysis, interpret healthcare market trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) is required. Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial models, including market access dynamics, HCP engagement models, and sales force operations. Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and insights to diverse stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing teams, regulatory affairs, and external partners. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., BPOM in Indonesia, FDA/EMA globally) and industry codes of conduct governing pharmaceutical promotion and HCP interactions.
