As a potential candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include:
Researching and generating lists of potential customers. - Creating and contributing to customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature. - Assisting in developing client relationships and maintaining existing accounts. - Supporting the evaluation of new sponsorship opportunities. - Learning and applying effective sales techniques. - Maintaining accurate sales records. - Conducting product demos on a regular basis. In terms of customer support, you will be expected to:
Provide support to clients during the onboarding process. - Make regular calls to existing clients to proactively address their needs and offer assistance. - Respond to client inquiries related to transaction processing by coordinating internally with relevant departments and following up with clients to provide resolutions. - Maintain systematic documentation of customer interactions, turnaround times, complaint resolutions, and other key service metrics. Your stakeholder management responsibilities will involve:
Building key internal relationships with Relationship Managers and the IT Division. - Managing key external relationships with clients and referral partners. The required skills and competencies for this role include:
Strong understanding of sales management and the sales process. - Excellent listening and conflict resolution skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-friendly approach. - Ability to effectively negotiate deals. - Working knowledge of trade finance products.
