**System Ownership & Reliability:** Design, build, and operate secure, reliable, performant, and cost-effective production systems critical to core business operations in both on-premise and cloud environments. Take full accountability for the features and services delivered. - **Code Quality:** Lead code reviews, provide expert technical mentorship to other engineers, maintain a consistently high standard of code quality, and continuously raise the engineering bar. - **Product Development Collaboration:** Partner closely with business and product teams to translate requirements into well-defined, right-sized technical solutions and deliver them in a timely fashion. - **Process Improvement:** Drive continuous improvement across the full development lifecycle, including development, testing, release, and support processes. - **System Deep Dive:** Cultivate a deep understanding of system behaviors, utilizing this knowledge to continually optimize and push the boundaries of system capabilities. **Qualifications Required:**
