Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the technical architecture for core services such as Forms, Workflow, PDF processing, and other platform capabilities. - Lead the design and implementation of scalable domain APIs and backend services using .NET and event-driven architecture, as well as supporting frontend applications with React. - Assist the team in problem-solving, resolving technical blockers, and making informed trade-offs. - Conduct high-level estimation, technical feasibility assessments, and solution planning during PI planning cycles. - Ensure on-time delivery aligns with quality standards and performance expectations, while enforcing coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand roadmap priorities and translate them into technical solutions. - Mentor and guide developers, support onboarding of new engineers, and introduce AI-enabled development practices. - Drive the evolution of the platforms domain API layer and provide technical inputs during roadmap and backlog refinement. Qualification Required:
812 years of experience in software development with strong backend and platform engineering exposure. - Proficiency in .NET / C# backend development, React.js frontend development, Azure Cloud Services, CI/CD pipelines, microservices design, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems. - Strong problem-solving skills, experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, and managing/leading teams. - Key competencies include technical depth, architectural thinking, structured problem-solving, collaboration with Product & Engineering teams, technical ownership, and an AI-first mindset. - Soft skills encompass analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and an ownership mindset.
