As a Timekeeping & Accrual, Activity & Analytics Associate - Operate Operate, you will engage in consulting services for various business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for our clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will utilize and manage the Oracle suite of software and technologies, handling tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical skills and understanding your strengths. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will navigate increasingly complex situations, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality work. Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions that optimize operational efficiency - Configuring and administering Oracle products to support seamless integration and utilization within client environments - Developing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) solutions to enhance business processes - Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for strategic technology planning and data-driven insights - Supporting client engagements by responding effectively to diverse perspectives and needs - Participating in process improvement initiatives to drive business transformation - Collaborating with teams to manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and data integration tasks - Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform recommendations - Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains - Demonstrating skills in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) - Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data insights - Engaging in Oracle Data Integration for seamless data flow - Participating in strategic technology planning initiatives - Excelling in process improvement and optimization strategies Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
