About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment to manage the end-to-end hiring process and support the organization in attracting the right talent. About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers. Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals. Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation. Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking. Work Environment:

Full-time, Work from Office (Bhayander) Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM Work Schedule:1st to 15th: Monday to Saturday 16th onwards: Saturday & Sunday off
