You should possess the following skills and qualifications:
25 years of experience in lateral hiring or talent acquisition within IT services or consulting. - Experience in hiring for technology roles like developers, cloud engineers, data engineers, QA, and DevOps professionals. - Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other talent platforms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics. - Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include:
Experience working with large IT services organizations. - Knowledge of market trends and salary benchmarking in the IT industry. - MBA/PGDM in HR or related field is preferred.
