About the Role As a Senior PreSales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and guiding clients toward leveraging Qvantel's cutting-edge offerings. Your expertise will help establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, delivering value-driven solutions in competitive markets. Responsibilities Solution Design & Presentation: Collaborate with clients to define requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions. Technical deep-dive and proposal defence. Product demonstrations preparation and delivery. Solution proof-of-concept build-up. Technical collateral build-up. Proposal Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive, customized proposals, clearly defining deliverables, timelines, and ROI. Produce statement of compliance for RFx documents. Coordination and ownership of the bid documents. Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams, including Products, Technology, Delivery, and Operations for offer build-up. Identify and manage solution partners for offer build up. Sales Enablement: Support the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure. Provide technical knowledge and pre-sales capacity for new and existing accounts. Strategic Opportunity Management: Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-impact business opportunities in competitive markets. Customer Engagement: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers to understand their business objectives and challenges. Competitive Positioning: Stay informed about telecom industry trends, products, services, and emerging technologies to position Qvantel as a market leader. Team Leadership: Guide and align cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure seamless execution of client engagements. Adaptability & Innovation: Respond proactively to changing customer needs and market dynamics, delivering creative and scalable solutions. Required Skills Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of telecom market, services, and emerging technologies, with the ability to align them with client objectives. Opportunity Identification: Advanced skills in identifying and qualifying leads in dynamic markets. Solution Articulation: Strong ability to simplify complex technical solutions for diverse audiences. Strong relationship-building and management skills with senior executives and regional business leaders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, IT, Sales, or related field. Advanced certifications in sales, technical domains, or telecom solutions (preferred). Required Experience 8+ years of experience in presales, sales, or business development with a proven record in high-value deal closures. Extensive experience in developing and delivering project proposals, including scoping and translating requirements into actionable deliverables. Strong technical background and ability to build technical competence for Qvantel BSS products and solutions Strong Telecom BSS domain experience with experience in proposal defense fronting the customers Ability to plan, create and deliver solution demonstrations (preferably hands-on competence for demo creation) Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives and regional business leaders Fluent in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
