Prepare and publish daily dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Zoho Analytics for management and stakeholders. - Prepare various reports related to the Customer Service department, including SL, SR Ratio, Repeats, FTR and In-process cases, Monthly Review Deck, Monthly KRA, and Ad-hoc requirements. - Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of reports and data to relevant stakeholders. - Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to create new data pipelines and enhance or update existing ones for optimized reporting. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions to meet business needs. - Present complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Identify opportunities for automation, streamline reporting processes, and optimize the generation and distribution of reports. **Qualifications:**
