Site Supervisor (MEP Projects) (Mumbai)

As a MEP Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist in planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the site. Your focus should be on ensuring compliance with approved drawings, maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety norms, and meeting project timelines. Key Responsibilities:

• MEP site supervision & execution. - Installation, Testing & Commissioning of MEP services for a high-rise Tower. - Ensuring safety compliance. - Maintaining quality control and compliance. - Coordinating with contractors on manpower and material for timely execution. Qualification Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. - Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. - Proven work experience of 3-5 years with reputed firms in the construction of MEP services for high-rise towers. - Express professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, both internal and external stakeholders, vendors, service providers, etc. - Attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills are essential.
