As a Generative AI Full-Stack Engineer at Oxydata, you will play a crucial role in building an end-to-end AI recruitment platform. Your responsibilities will include:
Frontend Development:
Creating React.js dashboards for recruiters and hiring managers
Designing UI/UX elements for filters, analytics, and candidate insights
Backend Services:
Developing FastAPI web services with API endpoints
Generating reports and managing data efficiently
AI Processing Pipeline:
Implementing Python-based cron jobs to fetch CVs
Executing AI scoring using Claude/GPT and generating intelligent candidate reports
RAG Implementation:
Building end-to-end RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector search, semantic matching, and grounding for candidate-job fit analysis
Database Architecture:
Setting up Supabase/PostgreSQL with pgvector for hybrid search capabilities
External Integrations:
Integrating with ATS systems, Claude/OpenAI APIs, workforce platforms, and email delivery systems
Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field
Experience: 14 years of experience building production GenAI/RAG systems
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python (primary) and JavaScript/React
Familiarity with FastAPI (backend), React.js (frontend), Supabase, PostgreSQL, pgvector, Claude API, OpenAI API, and AI processing technologies
RAG Expertise: Real-world experience with chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and retrieval grounding
DevOps & Deployment: Skills in Git, REST API design, testing, error handling, cron job scheduling, and cloud platform deployment
API Integration: Proven track record of integrating external APIs
