As we continue expanding nationwide, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for our U.S. Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone who understands the U.S. recruiting market, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to partner closely with business leaders to scale high-performing teams.
What You'll Focus On
Manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and refine candidate profiles
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruiting channels
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms to manage recruiting pipelines
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-time-zone communication throughout the recruiting process
Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies
Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or agency recruiting preferred
Familiarity with the U.S. hiring market and North American workplace communication
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, or similar recruiting tools preferred
Previous experience recruiting for Sales, SaaS, or B2B roles is a plus
Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice To Have
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
