Software Engineering Lead Analyst Position Overview As a Software Engineering Lead Analyst - Pega, you will design, develop, and test Pega PRPC solutions supporting healthcare business processes. You will collaborate with architects and business analysts to deliver high-quality Pega applications, ensuring adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices across Evernorth's technology ecosystem. Responsibilities Design and develop Pega applications using Pega 8.x platform. Implement case management workflows, business rules, and decision strategies. Build integration layers using Pega connectors, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP). Create and maintain data models and class structures following Pega best practices. Develop user interfaces using Pega DX API and Constellation framework. Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing cycles. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails. Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and integrations. Troubleshoot production issues and support application maintenance. Support deployment activities across development, staging, and production environments. Follow Agile development practices and participate in scrum ceremonies. Qualifications: 5 - 8 years of experience in Pega development (Pega 7.x/8.x). College degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science or related field. Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, case management, and integration services. Pega CSSA certification (preferred). Experience with Pega DX API and UI development. Proficiency in Java and SQL. Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations. Agile development methodology experience. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pega CSSA or LSA certification. Experience with Pega Healthcare modules. Familiarity with CI/CD for Pega deployments. Industry / Domain Experience Needed: Demonstrated experience in enterprise Pega application development. Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively. Familiarity with healthcare domain processes and workflows. Passion for building quality solutions and continuous learning. Location & Hours of Work Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH).
