As the Director of Key Accounts for Poultry, your primary responsibility is to translate and execute tactical strategies in order to build and expand partnerships with assigned large customers. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. - Proven experience in developing and executing strategies. - Proficiency in interpreting customer context, identifying key performance indicators, articulating customer objectives, and enhancing partnership value. - Background in business development within competitive and mature markets. - Demonstrated leadership in a multicultural, cross-functional, and multi-location team setting. Preferred Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of the Animal Nutrition industry, with a specific focus on the Poultry segment. - Degree in veterinary science or animal nutrition and health. - Strong negotiation, influencing, and persuasive skills. - Proficient in project management. - Three years of supervisory experience. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account activities within the relevant industry.
