Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy;
Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases;
Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards;
Ensure that the team's routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly;
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding on distribution platforms and processes;
Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed;
Provide regular (daily, weekly) feedback of operations activities to Supervisor. Desired Skills and Experience:
1 year working experience is preferred, Fresh Graduates are also considered;
Confident in Mandarin is essential with required ability in reading and writing Simplified Chinese;
High proficiency in written Englishis a must;
Highly self-motivated with energy and accountability;
Feel comfortable interacting with people. Work Arrangements:
5 days a week, 8 hours a day plus 1 hour meal time;
Feel comfortable for shift rostering: morning and afternoon shifts (e.g., 08:00-17:00/ 09:00-18:00/ 13:00-22:00), weekend shifts (e.g., Wednesday to Sunday or Tuesday to Saturday), and occasional overtime during peak periods**(NO overnight shifts)**
