As a Senior Specialist in the Model Risk Analytics, AI & Solutions team at BNY, you will play a crucial role in transforming model risk processes by designing and building AI/ML and GenAI solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Design and build AI/ML and GenAI solutions to transform model risk processes. - Develop digital employees and intelligent automation for validation, monitoring, and reporting. - Apply advanced techniques like LLMs, NLP, and predictive modeling to enhance decision-making. - Collaborate with risk, compliance, and tech teams to integrate AI into enterprise workflows. - Translate complex data and model insights into clear business recommendations. Qualifications Required:
Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and LLM/GenAI tooling. - Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle; exposure to model risk or governance is a plus. - Ability to solve ambiguous problems with scalable, innovative solutions. - Clear communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional partners. - Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to experiment with new AI capabilities. - Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, including engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, econometrics.
