As an AI-Native Software Developer Intern, your primary role will be to build internal AI agents that enhance productivity within the company. You will have the opportunity to work on designing, deploying, and iterating AI agents that power various internal workflows. Examples of the problems you may tackle include knowledge retrieval, automated report generation, customer support assistance, process automation, decision-support copilots, and designing real UX around AI tools. Qualifications Required:
Being AI-native and actively using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot
Being comfortable with at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript, JS, etc.)
Strong critical thinking skills, questioning requirements, thinking about edge cases, and optimizing systems
Demonstrating high agency, proposing solutions proactively, taking ownership of outcomes, and learning fast on the job It is an absolute requirement that you have built side projects with visible outputs, such as a deployed web app, a GitHub repo with meaningful commits, a working AI tool, a live demo link, or a product you built and shipped. Additional bonus points will be awarded if you have experience with LLM APIs, custom agent frameworks, Vector DBs, RAG systems, deploying tools like Vercel and AWS, building internal tools for a team, strong product intuition, and experience automating workflows using scripts or AI. If selected for this role, you will gain real experience in building AI agents used daily, ownership over production systems, exposure to AI architecture and product thinking, and a strong portfolio with meaningful projects. Your performance will be key in determining long-term roles based on your achievements.
