As an HR & Placement Coordinator located in Thane, just 2 minutes away from the station, you will play a crucial role in handling recruitment, placement management, and training in the IT sector. Your responsibilities will include: Handling end-to-end recruitment process which involves tasks such as sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews. Coordinating with companies to fulfill their hiring needs and organizing placement drives. Organizing various campus activities, seminars, and interview sessions to facilitate placements. Managing onboarding processes, employee engagement activities, and overall HR operations. Conducting basic soft skills training such as Interview and Group Discussion preparation. Maintaining HR records and providing support for internship programs. To be successful in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: Should be based in Mumbai. Possess strong communication and coordination skills. An MBA in HR is preferred.
