Compliance Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and oversee processes designed to mitigate risk. - Assist with developing, and implementing, the company's compliance program. - Coordinate with regulators to ensure that policies are current and properly maintained. - Draft and update company compliance policies and communications. - Schedule and assist with preparing mandatory training sessions for agents and head office staff. - Investigate and evaluate situations to ensure adherence to both company policies and state regulations. Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Life Insurance products is required. - Experience in a Compliance role at a Carrier or IMO is an asset. - Experience with financial regulations, agent/producer licensing, and compliant sales practices is highly desirable. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude. - Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to following established guidelines and procedures. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Proficient in Office 365 with strong computer skills. - Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail. - Capable of thriving under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities. - Friendly and effective in delivering challenging information via phone and email. - Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills. - Adaptable, open to constructive criticism, and able to work well under pressure. - Must reside and be authorized to work in USA.
